At Orara Turf, we pride ourselves on our ability to assist our customers, whether you want advice on what lawn variety is best, site preparation recommendations, lawn care advice or have a problem you need assistance with.
We have a range of brochures available which will assist you achieving the perfect lawn.
For customers who have purchased turf from us and feel that something is not quite right, our policy is to inspect your site within 24 hours of your call and it is usually within the same day when we can. Your total satisfaction is our primary focus and as such attending to these issues is a priority.
When you purchase turf from us, you will always receive our conditional guarantee.
That is, that our turf products are guaranteed to be delivered in as a healthy state as seasonal conditions allow. The turf will be true to the variety that you have ordered and for pbr licensed varieties such as Sir Walter, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity.
 As turf is a living and perishable product and as such we can only extend our guarantee for 48 hours from the time of delivery or pick up due to the fact that freshly harvested turf is totally reliant on receiving adequate water within hours of laying along with sufficient
nutrition and management, once established. Should you fail to do this, your turf will suffer and in extreme conditions, will die.
