Orara Turf acknowledges the importance of environmental issues and we will, where practical, comply with all environmental regulations and legislation, as well as any local bylaws relating to the production of turfgrass and the operation of Orara Turf.
By following our environmental management plan, Orara Turf aims to reduce the environmental impacts by;
- Comply with all relevant legislation
- Educate and create awareness of environmental issues to all persons at Orara Turf
- Develop, implement and upgrade our Environmental Management Plan
- Strive to improve the prevention and reduction of pollution into our local environment
- Be aware of impacts of odour, water, air quality and noise on our neighbours
- Develop innovative processes that will reduce environmental impacts through turf production
- Monitor and report on our environmental compliance
- Annually reviewing our Environmental Management Plan
