About Us
History
 Orara Turf was purchased by the current owners in April, 1998.
Orara Turf is located in the Orara Valley, 15 kilometres west of Coffs Harbour. The farm operates from a 19.85 hectare site with a total area of thirteen hectares available for turfgrass production.
We arrived into Coffs Harbour with two main objectives; First was to lift and improve the quality of domestic turf being grown and supplied in Coffs by pursuing newer varieties with beneficial characteristics to our area and second was to establish a unique natural turf product for the elite sports turf market and civil engineering sector.
We are a totally Australian owned company which is managed and operated by family and has developed into one of the North Coast's and in deed, New South Wale's leading turf producers.
We have a committed team of employees all ensuring that our customers are all provided the best products available and importantly, excellent and professional service at all times. We have worked hard on our reputation as suppliers of quality turfgrass and back this up with our replacement policy.
We have grown and diversified over the past three years and now also offer turf production machinery including Magnum Harvesters. This compliments our range of specialized and licensed stabilized turf products, erosion solutions, native grasses and the eventual maintenance products and services.
